The service will be available in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. That’s 75% of New Zealand homes.
Outside of these areas, which equates to about 25% of homes, the Freeview satellite service provides free-to-air access to digital television. (G 7500 and G 7502).
