In fact, there's more to enjoy than ever before for Freeviewers.

Shifting some existing channels into new spots will make it that much easier to discover what's new and watch what you love.

Take a quick look at where channels are going over here.

And here's a one-pager with the full line-up.

OTHER CHANGES on MARCH 21st

As part of the channel launch, Discovery NZ is transforming Choice into eden (channel 8), with many of the most popular Choice titles moving over to eden.

At the same time, The Edge TV and Breeze TV are going off-air. But don't worry, you can still watch them live online, on theedge.co.nz and thebreeze.co.nz. And if you're a fan of music videos on the big screen, be sure to check out Juice TV on Freeview Channel 200.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING on MARCH 21st?

Most TVs set up with Freeview will automatically update. If that's you, then you don't need to do anything at all - just sit back, relax and enjoy all the fresh shows across the new line-up.

You can check out the Freeview TV Guide (EPG) on the day to see where to find all the channels on your telly.

Some TVs need your OK

Some TVs might ask for your permission before they can update.

In case your telly likes to err on the side of caution, look out for a prompt on your TV on the day (or when you next watch TV after the 21st), and select ‘OK’ or ‘Yes’ to give it the go-ahead to pick-up the new line-up.

IF IN DOUBT, RETUNE.

On the off chance your TV doesn’t auto-update, or some channels go astray, a simple retune of your TV, set-top box or recorder will set it right.

We've compiled a Retune Guide for you to make it as easy as can be.

Some channel availability is subject to how you tune in:  Al Jazeera English is not available via satellite, so if you're tuned in using a satellite dish, the channel change for Al Jazeera English doesn't apply. 'Plus 1' channels are not available as live streams, so if you're streaming Freeview channels on a SmartVU, eden+1 and the 'Plus 1' channel movements don't apply.
